Even though the market around the country is hurting with economy and housing Charlotte, NC continues to grow and the homes continue to appreciate. We recently approved a uptown minor league baseball stadium for the AAA Charlotte Knights. That is just the beginning of many new developments that will take shape in the next year.

If you are looking to spend some time in the mountains to view the fall foliage try driving to West Jefferson in Ashe County. The drive is easy and you will be pleasantly surprised of the quaint little country town. There are shops and a great place to eat lunch called Frasirs.
